PMI-RMP Risk Management Professional Exam Preparation
Even if you do not intend to write the exam, this course is very valuable for your professional development. This course is excellent not only as a preparation course for the RMP exam ®, but most importantly to learn a Framework for Risk Management. Risk is Inherent in everything that we do and it’s therefore no surprise that risk management holds a high level of importance within Project Management. This course offers an overview of project risk and risk management in a combination of hands on and lecture learning formats, and is geared towards helping you improve your risk management practices, learn the PMI standard for Risk, and prepare you for writing the PMI Risk Management exam. While each of you might already be creating risk plans and may have written your PMP Exam, by taking this course, you will raise your understanding and effectiveness of risk management to a higher level. Participants will receive a copy of the PMI Standard for Risk.
