This course is compliant with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) and addresses the core concepts, knowledge areas, underlying fundamentals, and the context of business analysis as described by that BABOK guide.
The IIBA Business Analyst Certification has been recently introduced as a means of documenting proficiency and assisting in the establishment of standards of practice for business analysts.
The objectives of this course are to introduce participants to IIBA Business Analysis certification requirements and to provide participants with a solid grounding in and understanding of the materials covered on the exam and in the newly-revised Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
