What is ITIL®?

The ITSM Foundation course, offered by Bay3000 introduces the attendee
to the fundamentals of IT Service Management as described in the IT
Infrastructure Library and the ten core IT Service Support and Delivery
processes. The course is delivered over a two day period with classroom
lectures, discussion, team exercises and quizzes. Exams are conducted
is through the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) or EXIN,
Loyalist Certification Services (LCS), or Prometric Testing Services.
