Bay3000 Consulting Inc. was formed in 1991 and incorporated in 1999. The mission of Bay3000 has always been to deliver superior solutions that enable organizations to improve project execution.
The founders of Bay3000 brought forward significant expertise in the areas of Project Management, Training, Program Management, Business Intelligence, and Executive Management. This combined experience allows Bay3000 to deliver practical solutions.
Bay3000 had its start as a consulting organization with core competencies in project management, business intelligence, and program management. While we started as a consulting organization, from the very start we believed in the importance of knowledge transfer to our clients to enable them to become self sufficient and thus incorporated learning and training services as our core competencies. In 2003, we created the Bay3000 Corporate Education Division.
Over the years, Bay3000 has received significant recognition and awards for the quality of our programs, the quality of our team, and the impact to our client objectives. Bay3000 is regularly invited to speak and team at the Global Project Management Institute Congress, as well as other conferences such as Project World and the Data Warehousing Institute.
In 2003, Bay3000 became a solution partner of Microsoft and works with clients to leverage their investments in Microsoft Project® technologies.
In 2003, Bay3000 led the creation of the Canadian Project Excellence Awards and Conference, a leading event celebrating and recognizing successes of Canadian projects and teams. This annual event has the support from local, provincial and federal governments.
Located in Toronto, Canada, The Bay3000 Corporate Education Center, opened in 2004, addresses the needs for individuals and corporations to continue to develop professional skills in a flexible learning format. The Bay3000 Corporate Education Center offers award-winning training in project management, general management and leadership, and technology.
